[AWFFULL] How to get GeoIP and flags working?

No. GeoIP does not resolve IP Addresses into hostnames.
It resolves IP addresses to a Geographic location.

You need a dns "translator" for that.
eg dnstran, or dnshistory, plus others.

In this case you would want the directory:
www.jesujuva.org/awffull/flags

it's relative to the (awffull) generated html files.
