[AWFFULL] Announcing AWFFull v3.10.1

Just when you thought it safe to read your email again....

Two changes. One large, one trivial.
1. AWFFull is now GPLv3+
2. Some new flags have been added. About 7 new I think it was, about the same
were modified. These flags are now under a CC license too.

I leave it as an exercise for the reader as to which of the above is more
important than the other.

* Adding some new segmenting... segments I guess.
   - by keyword. Bug 300900

	which I've just noticed doesn't have a bug report. Tsk Tsk.

* Have been working on solving Bug 275815:
   https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/awffull/+bug/275815
   Which is to say having a built in "buffer" that auto sorts logs into time
sequence order. This also lends itself nicely to being threaded at a later stage.

* Have started work on finally implementing the redesign done by Claudia.

I need to update the milestones/blueprints etc on Launchpad ASAP, so you can
get a better idea of roughly when these features are coming up.
