[AWFFULL] MangleReferrers feature patch for 3.10.2

Two modifications:
* One trivial conflict in src/awffull.c, easy to resolve.
* I reverted the change to webalizer.README. That's deliberately left as
is as the original README that came with the version of webalizer that
awffull is forked from. Pristine if you will.
